About Me
90s baby, dial-up made me!
Jon "Cochise" Buzin is a hacker and managing partner alongside his two best friends at Tampa Bay's favorite hackerspace, The Neon Temple. He currently works on a red team for a Fortune 100 company. Cochise earned his street cred within the DoD offensive cyber community and learned to hack from legendary hackers "c0unt z3r0" and "Sunny Fett." He's worked on projects ranging from locating missing and exploited persons who have fallen victim to predatory cults to turning Ybor City into a place that uses machine learning to sense aggressive behavior outside of nightclubs. He is currently working on hardware hacking, IoT hacking, and #badgelife design. He is a proud US Marine veteran and enjoys sailing, motorcycles, his Tuesday night cigar Bible study, the Miami Dolphins and Hurricanes, Warhammer 40k, and growing his board game collection. He lives out his Catholic faith at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church and lives in beautiful Safety Harbor with his wife, who's been known to tolerate him at times.
